Shadow: Remembering the promise! [Shadow , Myra]

[Shadow Storm]

It's 7'o clock in the morning, and the outside was as beautiful as a meadow. Shadow Storm had a hard time sleeping last night. So, he decided to go for a little flying to take time contemplating his thoughts. On a Long summer day, he was flying in a moderate pace around The Crossing trying to think about his past. Especially losing his long lost friend, Bright Bloom back then. 

"hmm... This memory... Is now stuck in my head. King Sombra and crow city. Uugghh! I would never forgive Sombra if he was here" Shadow told himself.

It was hard for him to forget because he would always remember keeping his promise to Bright Blossom. Which was protecting Equestria from man kind. So far, their was no threat in equestria. Everywhere he goes, there would be no sign of danger lurking. But that didn't stop shadow from keeping his promise.

Shadow storm paused for a moment, still thinking about his past while having an upset expression in his face. "Hmph! And these memories never get old, do they" shadow said. "No matter, I kept a promise to Bright Bloom to protect this world, I won't let her down!" he said in triumph.

When that was said, he continued to fly around The Crossing hoping to meet other pony he can talk to. " Maybe Myra might know something about disasters, maybe she can be helpful in some ways." He thought to himself.

[Evest]

Myra was up early this morning. It was the perfect day to take Squeaky , her fully grown pet dragon, out for a fly around town. As she flew, she noticed somepony out in the distance. "Shadow?" she thought to herself. She turned Squeaky in the direction of Shadow and flew onward.

[Shadow Storm]

While Shadow was still flying around the crossing, he saw Myra riding her pet dragon in the sky. He walked towards her as she was about to land her pet dragon, squeaky.

"morning Myra! 
Man, your dragon is quite the mighty fella he is" he exclaimed. "I was hoping you can help me find any signs of trouble and danger around these parts" he asked the young filly. "You see, I made a promise to a long lost friend named bright blossom and I promised her I would protect and help every pony from danger. It's a promise I can't break!"

When shadow was done explaining his task at hand, he asked Myra "if you like, we can... Hang out afterwards in your place. Maybe get a chance to play with squeaky". 

"So, how about it? Are you in?

[Evest]

Myra didn't hesitate with her reply. "Danger? I'm in. Squeaky and I arn't afraid of danger" Too prove her point she jumped off Squeaky and did a flip as Squeaky rolled over in the air to catch her. They flew to the side of Shadow. "So what danger will we be facing?"

[Shadow Storm]

"Any danger that harms any pony, that's what we'll be facing". Shadow continued on "anyone that's a threat to crossing will be brought down in any way" 

Shadow and Myra then began there search for justice after they met. As always, everything in the crossing was still peaceful and no one was eager to commit a crime. 

It's been an hour and no threat has been made around the crossing yet. As they kept searching patiently, Shadow was beginning to question himself "hmm, still no sign of danger anywhere, what can possibly go wrong?" 

"AAAHHH, NO STOP PLEASE!!!" An innocent mare was screaming somewhere in the crossing, hoping for help to arrive. "Oh man. Someone's in trouble. C'mon Myra lets see what's going on". 

Shadow and Myra raced towards the voice to see what commotion was happening. When they arrived, they ended up seeing two ponies facing each other. One innocent and one who attempted to assault his victim. 
The attacker was a black unicorn stallion that had a scar on his right eye. Spiky mane and has a gold yellowish eyes. The victimized mare was standing in front of her house, trying to back away from the attacker The attacker was about to finish his victim in one blow. In attempt to rescue the innocent mare, Shadow storm unleashed a powerful speed to land and ram the criminal. It sent the black unicorn flying straight to another house parallel to where they were. 

"Stay away from the mare you ruthless pony!" shadow shouted towards the criminal "who are you anyway and why are you hurting the ponies of the crossing, huh?" 

The mysterious pony began answering while getting back up his hooves.
"Hah, you think you can stop me. Not a chance! This is none of your business anyway so get lost, dang it!" The suspect then tried to use his magic to fight back, ending up throwing multitude of stones towards Shadow. "Aww crud! A little help here Myra!" Shadow alerted Myra fast while dodging the sharp rocks.

[Evest]

"Huh, oh right?" Myra teleported to Shadow's side and yelled "GO" while pointing toward the suspect. Squeaky fell behind the suspect, ready as back-up, if needed.

Myra then used her magic to deflect the remaining rocks and send them back. The suspect bodged and took evasive measures. "What's the plan?" Myra says to Shadow as they attempt to gain some ground on the suspect.

The suspect responded to the small delay caused by Myra's question with a barrage of more rocks. Myra used a spell to send up a chest high wall to take temporary cover behind while they devise a plan of action.

[Shadow Storm]

As Myra and shadow took cover, shadow began plotting their strategy. "Ok here's what we're going to do. I'll try to hold him off as best as I can while you try to attack him from behind." Shadow said. "he won't know what's coming. Now go".  

Shadow came out from cover while trying to get the enemy's attention. "Hey, I believe you have some unfinished  business to take care of, don't ya think?" The enemy replied with an angry voice "well well well, you seem to put up an unfair fight, your beginning to piss me off!" Shadow storm replied with a sarcastic tone as he taunts with a single gesture, waving a single hoof "heh, I guess somepony needs to simmer down, am I right?" 

As the enemy got irritated by shadow's taunt, the battle has just begun. Shadow was the first to attack with his blind Speed, hitting from every direction. The black unicorn took plenty of hits from shadow's attack, but he wasn't finished yet as the damage he received was a bit light. The enemy tried to anticipate against his opponent by levitating nearby debris around him. He was ready to make an all out counter attack...

Myra took her chance and teleported to the back of Squeaky, who by now has found a nice hiding spot. Him ans Myra waited for the right moment. Then just as the other pony attacked with his counter attack, Myra order Squeaky to fire an array of fireballs. Squeaky did as instructed and fireballs started to rain down onto the field below. "I think we got him now. I don't think he can hide from this" Myra said happily as the Squeaky continued to rain fireballs

[Shadow Storm]

Shadow settled down to the ground once his enemy fell unconscious. He slowly moved towards him to make sure he was knocked out for sure. He was next to the pony body, nudging it a bit  to check. "well he's knocked out for good" shadow was relieved.
"so, I don't know where to leave this body, but lets leave it somewhere where he can't harm other folks". 

"So mam, are you ok?" shadow asked the victimized pony "why yes I'm fine, thank you for saving me, how can I ever repay you ponies" she replied with joy.

[Evest]

Myra flew down from Squeaky and landed next to the mare. "Sooooooo..... any kind of reward?' Myra smiled large and waited for a response but both Shadow and the mare just stared. "Ok fine... you're welcome. Did you happen to know that stallion, by the way?"

[Shadow Storm]

"no, I don't" replied the mare "he was just some kind of stranger trying to steal my money, that's all". Shadow was'nt surprised at all, but was glad that he stopped that crook. "Well, look at the bright side. At least we caught this guy" Shadow said. As soon as Shadow and Myra were done, the Royal guards arrived to take the crook to jail, which he was still knocked out unconscious. "So... Our job here is done, we could stop by your house right now, can we?" shadow asked myra

"Sure, That would be nice" Myra said calling down Squeaky "Go to you cave ok sweetie?" She said to him. "Alright, let's go Shadow"
