Lugh watched her go, tumbling a bit as the pressure of the speed took him a few steps. "GO NEON GO!" He hoped she will watch the turns closely.

Picking up speed, each turn clocking a faster speed than the last. This looked like it was going to be it. The air grew thick and the funnel began to form. "Almost there, Almost ..... There" Neon stated as she gained more and more speed. Then... the moment of truth. She turned onto the straight part of the track feeling she was at her limit. She pushed herself harder than ever before. Then.... a bright light. The sound of a rainboom followed shortly. She had done it. The force bent back all the trees and the yellow ring could be seen for miles. Her smile was grand, Neon had finally achieved her goal. She made a couple laps with the streak of light much like Tron. He watched the rainboom with such awe. His mouth stood agape and it turned to smiles. When neon arrived back he was shouting "YOU DID IT! YOU DID IT!" He was happy to see a dream fulfilled.
Lugh caught her before she hit the ground. He made a face. "Ah well. Seems that took a great deal out of you huh?" He hoisted her up onto his back. "Well I don't quite know where you live...." He made a face to and fro and just brought her back to a place he knew.
When Neon would wake next she would find herself in a pile of blankets and pillows in Lugh's Caravan. The smell of tea and incense as well as honey scones that were deeply imported filled the small space. Lugh wasn't in the caravan though but an earth pony. She was brown with short green hair. Large gold beads decorated her hair and tail. She dunked a cloth in a bucket of cold water and placed it over Neon's forehead.

Neon awoke and was very tired. Her markings where dark and she had hardly enough energy to walk. She saw an Earth Pony standing near her and didn't see Lugh anywhere. Confused, she asked "Where am I? Who are you?". She tried to move but the lack of energy and the comfort of the blankets kept her in bed.

The pony turned to her. "Oh you are awake! I wouldn't move so much. Here!" The pony scooted over a little table with a tea cup on it. "This is my special blend you will gain back your strength in no time. By the way my name is Fox Glove and you are in Lugh's Caravan. He went out a while ago but should be returning soon."

Neon picked up the tea cup and took a sip. It was very good and Neon could feel her strength coming back already. "So... What happened? How did I get here?" Neon couldn't remember anything, to her the sonic rainboom she did just seemed like a dream. "I-I'm not sure Lugh told you but I'm Neon, Neon Greene."

"Pleasure to meet you! And Well..." Fox lifted her hoof and rubbed her neck. "What did Lugh say... hmm. oh right. He told me that you collapsed and well he didn't know exactly where you lived and just brought you back here." She put her hoof back down and sipped her tea. "He also told me that you performed something spectacular!"

"I-I did?" Neon didnt remember the events. They still seemed like a dream. "Maybe it wasn't a dream" she thought to herself. Neon tried to stand and noticed that her marks were dark. She is rarely this drained of energy. "I can't remember much. Could you perhaps fill me in on what happened? Maybe it will seem less like a dream"

Fox smiled. "Can't remember? Ah you should stay in bed from what you did."
She stood up and helped her back onto the pillows. "Seems the draining really took a toll on you. As of what you did is certainly no dream. Lugh told me that you broke the barrier and performed a sonic rainboom!"

Fox nodded. "That you are! Oh!" A suddent thought entered her mind. "You think you can do it again? I'm sure a performance would be spectacular!" She raised up on her hind legs and flung her front hooves into the air. "Then I bet there would be a statue made! OH and maybe a team can be formed like the WONDER BOLTS except you know... on the ground like a ground team?"

I smile grew on her face larger than any before "A Statue! WONDERBOLTS !!!" She could hardly contain herself "Oh course I can do it again, I bet I could do it right now." She got up but stumbled. "L-Lets go"

Fox held up her hooves. "Perhaps not right at the moment! But it would be great when you gain your strength back! I bet we can even make costumes."
She turned her head to the door when the noise of hoof steps were coming up the caravan steps. Lugh was home and he carried with him a pack of items. It looked like he was busy gathering herbs from a large list that trailed behind him. When the door closed it got caught and caused him to trip up. He however caught himself and shook the saddle bags off. "huah that took a long while, Fox. I hope I got everything."
"I am sure you did! That saddle looks like it could break a camels back!" She chuckled while Lugh rolled his eyes at her wit.
He looked at Neon. "Oh! You are awake how you feeling?" He walked over as Fox took to the bag making sure he did get everying.
